Do all Nikon lenses have plastic lens mounts? - mounts and blades activation code

I have a D90 and two of the three target holders were separated plastic lens kit 18-105 mm. I did not replace the lens, and inside the leaves were damaged. I would replace it with a Nikon lens, but I'm new DSLR, and I'm still learning. Therefore, I do not want to spend a fortune, I learn much more, but I want to avoid the plastic lens mount too, if possible. Suggestions?
