How do I permanently set my 2002 Audi Quattro Allroad to display (default) degrees Farenheit? - allroad quattro

I recently bought a 2002 Audi Allroad Quattro. The temperature gauge on the dashboard always seems to come in degrees Celsius. I read the manual and how expalined degF deg C to go in front and the buttons while towing. But after parking the car, again and again to the standard degC in force until the next one. Is there a way to make the default screen when you turn degF (Fahrenheit)? Thank you!
