It seems that the camera had been discontinued. It is an option you can try out, comes with the risk that your installation of Vista. This is called running in compatibility mode.
You can try (you will need to make a backup copy of data) to open the CD, right-click on Setup and you should see "Run Run in compatibility mode ...". Select XP and have a chance. Remember, it's dangerous, and you should be prepared to reinstall your computer if it goes wrong.
